Horrible company to work for. - Sales Consultant Suburban Collection Employee Review

Horrible management team. A lot of hours for low pay. Management team will change pay plan at the drop of a hat and it won't be in the employees favor. Poor work environment and a bunch of negative people. Really awful company to work for. Very poor work life balance. I don't recommend for anyone to work for this company.
