Pros
Managers are paid a decent wage. I had an excellent staff that were a pleasure to work with.
Cons
No pay raise in the 3 years I was there. Bonuses can only be achieved by hitting budgeted numbers which were set up by folks that were totally out of touch with the market area Even when on vacation you are required to work. Threatened to withhold pay when I was EXTREMELY sick and was still working 9 hours a day from home. As a salaried employee who worked on average 50-55 hours a week I knew at that moment I was not valued as am employee. Was issued a written warning 1 week before Christmas because in the past several months prior several customers had written complaints to the Attorney General. I addressed each complaint. However was told that it was my responsibility to assure people did not complain. No support from upper management. They definitely didn’t have your back. Region management couldn’t even take the time to make a call to a 40 year employee that retired.
