Cons
I had concerns about the management and workplace culture that I experienced.
Specifically:
I observed unprofessional conduct from senior leadership during meetings(One VP used to pick his nose in all the meetings), which undermined team morale and productivity.
There appears to be a lack of consistent people-management capability and support for developing team members.
I have experienced lack of respect for employees’ personal needs; when I informed the team of my paternity leave plans, the reaction was unsupportive and I was effectively asked to leave.
