None, this is nothing more than a scam

This job is posted on multiple forums boasting to allow people to work from home while making decent money. They then will email you a link with training material. After a few pages of this training material in small type it finally discloses that this is a commission only position and 1099. On top of that you are required to pay for your background check, and do your training for free. This is obviously a scam. avoid it at all costs.
