Pros
The pay is good and its a great learning experience, everyone I work with has been great and very professional. The benefits are also good as we get dental, vision and health insurance. Currently they also have unlimited vacation time, you need to request it and get approved but nobody counts how many days you have been on vacation this year. I also love working remotely, no driving to the office and having the boss look over your shoulder and at the same time I can travel and still work from anywhere in the world as long as there is internet connection.
Cons
Lots of work, there are always tickets that need attention. Higher pay would be great too.
