They were quick to respond to my initial email I sent to them making first contact. That’s unfortunately as good as it got.

When I went to the registration interview, I had already made it clear in my email to them that I was looking for specific legal work, yet when I arrived the first thing they made me do was a timed typing test and an audio typing test without asking me any initial questions. This was entirely unsuitable as I was not there looking for a typist job! I was very confused but just assumed it was an odd, generic part of their interview process. The interview after that was fairly thorough, and I told them exactly what kind of work I was looking for and what my background was in, so I got the impression that they would be in touch soon afterwards with some decent suggestions, which they themselves said to me. I then never heard a thing back from them at all, not a single phone call, not even a token email. I don’t know whether they misplaced my file, or simply weren’t bothered, but I never followed it up because I found relevant work myself shortly afterwards. Very strange, because on the surface they seemed like a good company. Based on my experience, I’m sorry to say they were a complete waste of space!
