      Pros

      The competitions were really fun

      Cons

      It's an unpaid 40 hour a week internship. The training and communication is disorganized and full of busy work that nobody checks. The company culture seems like everyone is pretending to like each other. Most of the interns are there because it's virtual and they don't have to commute to an office every day.

      I loved making a difference and the people i worked with. I learned a lot!

      Cons

      Unpaid internship, so not the most attractive, but great for experience!

      Pros

      The mission has potential. Their execution is mid.

      Cons

      You will be overworked and underpaid. The leadership of the organization including the Board is extremely toxic and has no cultural awareness when it comes to working with underserved communities. They’re not concerned with making long term impact and would rather do performative acts of service to make themselves feel good.
