Pros

A bunch of great people to work with, a fun and friendly environment and always have a good vibe. A lots of opportunities to grow with the company, and also have the freedom and trust to do what you would like to do, even it is a career path change. Pretty good benefit package, free health insurance, free mobile plan, birthday leave, and lots of beer in the fringe.

Cons

Sometimes you have to deal with unexpected issues after regular working hours.
