if lucky u get many hours and many OT, OT is 1.5 times base pay, also $50 attendance bonus if nv skip or miss any shift, bfr every wk long in advance u can indicate availability, also the minimum 20 hrs in contract no one really follows, I skipped a few wks for exams went back work nthin happen
