      Pros

      The teaching load is not too heavy.

      Cons

      Academic standards are very low - teaching there is not fulfilling in any way. International staff are treated as second-class citizens (in salary, benefits, and rights). The only thing that the university's administrators are concerned with is that all paperwork is in order, not that anything is actually being achieved.

      Pros

      It provides you with constant feedback on which area you are lacking. It gives you a space to share your thoughts to improve the math department. I got the chance to work with other tutors which is useful experience to apply some of their advice.

      Cons

      Probably, they should have paid me more.
