Questionable Evaluation - DAS manager has the final decision to each employee's evaluation despite him not being knowledgeable to what project his employees are handling. Employees with no project but are close to the DAS manager gets higher evaluation than those employees with project.
No skill growth recongnition or acknowledgement - Despite being recognize by the client and immediate supervisor about employees skill growth and potential, DAS manager will not recognize it if the employee is not close to him or follow him even from unreasonable requests.
No career growth - as DAS manager won't recognize the employees skill, growth is stagnant. Chances that an employee gets more responsibilities and being in the same role is higher than being promoted.
Absurd promotion system in DAS group - promotion will only be granted if the employee agrees to the dispatch program regardless if the employee is performing well or has potentials.
Unfair conditions of dispatch program - despite some dispatch program not having a skill gaining program, employees are still being forced to have a binding contract in the company
Unreasonable notice period demand - DAS manager will still demand for a 3 month notice when employee resigns despite having a company handbook. Reason is DAS manager needs to look for employee's replacement
No Disciplinary actions from HR - DAS manager has been complained multiple times but no visiible disciplinary actions coming from HR.
