Cons
Everything. Definitely watch out before you get a job there make sure you know what you’re getting yourself into. They force in your courses as soon as you join so if you leave within 3 years you have to pay it back with your salary. They will put you on a course in the first month to make sure you don’t leave. The offices they are small but but Becky intense. You get constantly monitored and you have to fill ‘time sheets’ so they can see what you have been doing. They overload you with work and do bare minimum themselves. Directors / employees talk about each other in a bad manor behind each other’s back. They rely on one electronics client and without them they have no business, so expect the same old jobs year round. Worst work culture as no one speaks to each other unless they are complaining about someone in the office. Expect you to pay for everything and then expense it which can sometimes work out more than your salary which leaves you in the red for the month and ruins expenditure. Make sure you know your IT because they’ll ask you to carry out tasks that have nothing to do with the job role instead of calling their IT providers and have a go at you for not knowing. The directors hire close relatives to work for them which isn’t an issue until you feel as if they are group that are looking down on you in a negative light. No actual company benefits. No company structure. The offices have never collaborated with each other so it has terrible work culture. And the list goes on.
