Pros
Other employees almost made this job tolerable.
Cons
Management, nepotism, managers would manipulate and coerce lower level employees into working extended hours (without OT pay) so they could go home even though the managers are salaried employees, temp employees would get their probation periods restarted over absolutely ridiculous and uncontrollable circumstances so the company wouldn't "waste" money giving them healthcare or decent pay, misogynistic and "boys club" environment, everyone was forced to sign NDA's when pay rates were discussed amongst employees (veteran and entry level woman employees paid significantly less than their male counterparts who performed significantly less work and sat in the office to joke with managers as others were left to start, clean, or finish projects. The pay gap created an outrage hence the NDA), instead of giving employees a fair bonus that profited the company millions and required employees multiple OT hours and strenuous work; you're gifted with a wonderful pizza party that managers and favorited employees helped themselves to first as they told the actual hard working employees to wait until nearly COB before they could indulge only to find no pity pizza left.. Honestly, there's so much more that it's giving me PTSD flashbacks. Be very wary of this company if you enjoy your homelife or you're a woman.
