The teams on the front lines are great! They are overworked, underappreciated and take a lot of abuse from jail clients.

Cons

Senior management is awful. The new president has never figured out how to do her job. While I wasn't the biggest fan of the previous president, I'd take him back in a New York minute.

Stable clientele base. Know how many meals your serving at what time with little deviation. Planning and forecasting makes this a breeze.

The leadership is placed in roles based on DEI and “who you know”. If you are a minority or LGBT you have opportunities, if not, you are scrutinized and railroaded. The President is a DEI placement with bad leadership qualities. The worst thing an organization can do is place someone who has a superiority complex in charge of the workforce. The leadership is unethical and is being investigated. If anyone reading this is considering a role with this company or entering into a contract, my advice is to RUN!
