Owner is an amazing individual, kind, personable, approachable, intelligent, everything you'd want in a boss.
Cons
Company is young management collectively has little to no experience in a leading capacity. Environment reflects that of a cliquish nature or High School. Expectations were poorly communicated, leadership/responsibility hierarchy not clear and very little direction passed from directors to managers.
