Pros

Leadership genuinely cared about employees, fostering a supportive culture and prioritizing people alongside business outcomes.

Cons

Change management was often challenging for leadership, with some resistance to new processes and cultural shifts. While initiatives were well‑intentioned, execution sometimes lagged due to varying levels of buy‑in across the leadership team.

Pros

Pay was competitive and the benefits were alright.

Cons

From day one, I was asked to keep track of and report on what my coworkers were doing. When I reported my coworkers were working hard but that their workloads were overwhelming and that hiring managers were falsely accusing them of not working (creating a toxic work environment), they were skeptical and began telling me I was the problem and that I shouldn't ever say the workplace is toxic. There were also times I was tasked to fix internal records for Clearinghouse for their CDL employees that looked a lot like they were hiding things and trying to clear drivers after they were already working instead of clearing them before. It seemed extremely shady and unethical at best and illegal at worst. Hiring managers only cared about numbers. It was obvious they did not value employees and were willing to throw anybody under the bus to make themselves look better. When managers had team turnover rates of over 80%, instead of reviewing their management, they blamed everyone else.
