Poor safeguarding, only interested in filling buses regardless of the needs and issues of the children. Delapidated buses. Very poor upper management, tie hands of management below and make rash decisions. Poor pay, Just above minimum wage and well below the living wage. Half the benefits bus and coach drivers get yet employed by the smae company. Severe lack of communication and organisation. Too many heads. Need to cut out the middle man and take resposibility. Agency staff take precidence over NX employees.
