Summit Systems is a company that truly values its employees and customers. Coming to work for Summit Systems is the best decision I have made in my career. Every day I look forward to getting into work, and interacting with such a positive, upbeat group of people. It is a true family environment where everyone from Executive Management down works hard every day for the continued success of the employees. The office is family friendly with summer parties for the employees to bring children and spouses to and a great holiday party every year. As am employee I feel valued and that there is great opportunity for advancement for every individual that works hard and has a positive "can do" attitude within the organization. If you join the Summit Systems team you will never regret it.
Cons
No downside other than a few past employees whose negative attitudes thankfully are no longer part of this great organization. They have been replaced with positive, hardworking people who make the organization great so there are no longer any cons.
