      Pros

      Summit provided contractors to a DoD agency. They pay was very good. Summit didn't bother me as long as the DoD agency was happy.

      Cons

      Had to tell them my 1-year anniversary had arrived and then they started the review process for a pay increase. They may be a technology company but they didn't have a written policy for training or certification reimbursement. I was able to get reimbursed though.

      Pros

      I work part time for these people and I'm a full-time caregiver to my elderly mother, she's 90 yrs Old and requires alot of attention. I am always having to take time off to care for her and it's never a problem, they completely understand. I feel fortunate to work with them.

      Cons

      It is hot, and sometimes the porta John's stink... Lol
