Not great - School Bus Driver Sumner County Schools Employee Review

The pays is not competitive. We're losing drivers faster than we're getting them. Everyone is fake nice to your face, but behind your back you're disposable. The pay goes up so slowly that new drivers make more than drivers who have been doing the job for 5 years. You're expected to schedule appointments in the middle of the day when you should be working a second job because this one doesn't pay enough. The mechanics are over-worked and it shows when dealing with them.
