The company is filled with good people who are talented at what they do.

The company has had a mixed past, with some shadiness. But all those people are no longer at the business and the company makes a real effort now to do things the right way.

the employees, that are equally as underpaid as you, are absolutely wonderful.

unrealistic KPIs, no employee incentives (not even milk in the fridge or fruit in a bowl) management are out of touch and you are constantly told that you aren’t working hard enough. Company recently made a third of the staff redundant in 1 day (including me) and dispersed the workloads onto the employees left with no pay increase or time allocations. At the end every shift you are too mentally exhausted to do anything else other than go to bed and try not to call in sick tomorrow.
