Even from the bottom of the totem pole, your ideas will reach the Heaviest Sumos and get considered. -No groupthink. Everyone is happy to admit when they are wrong and take feedback.
Cons
-A few of the members are remote, so it gets hard to know them. That said, we all chat on Slack and meet up whenever possible. Staying connected and accountable isn't really problem :) -There's no set-in-stone schedule, so you have to be a disciplined go-getter who can stay on task and get your work done. If you procrastinate, you'll have to make up the time to get your projects completed!
