Pretty laid back. Fun culture for those that have fun jobs. Any one in a behind the scenes role in IT, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, etc. have to work super hard so the marketing and event people can play, travel and surf at lunch.

Pretty laid back is not good for business. No accountability. Executive team is in denial there is a culture problem even though lots of people have left in the past couple months. People with little experience or only experience at Sun Bum get promoted super easily and have egos and think they know everything.
