I had an amazing manager when I was hired. He was one of the best people in the entire company that I had ever met. The Company over all did not help on tough situations that the store came upon. The Manager always took the extra mile to help us (9 employees) on difficult situations that company didn't want to help us (9 employees) on. If the store computers went down. The manager "Turtle" always did his best to find solutions to help all employees and customers to get the jobs done.If there was a shortage on toilet paper or store supplies, that manager would go out of his way to get them for us even if it was money out of his own pocket. Sun com mobile never found the time to thank this manager that tried everything to help the location I worked at and other locations out. He was a one location manager but seemed to help out 5 locations at once. He ended up getting let go (for unknown reason) and some of there stores started to fall in sales and in performances after he was let go. Company overall doesn't pay as well as they paint the picture. They seem to only benefit them selves on top and not pay attention to the real employees down who are in the front lines with customers. A Couple more things, many things that need attention get covered up or swept under the rug. Pay attention to what woman bring up in meetings, we have brought to your attention about not feeling safe and comfortable around certain men that you have in high positions, and they have been ignored.
