Pros

I had an incredible experience with my manager, whom herself is an incredible person and hardworker but was also enabled through company policies in regards to employee growth. My manager truly cared about my career path and at the end of my seasonal term she took the time to call other offices with Sun on my behalf to find continued employment for me. My experience with her management was focusing on developing my softskills, giving me better verbiage to better service our guests, and too few employers offer coaching for soft skills. It is very much thanks to this job that I've been able to go on and succeed at other customer service and sales positions.

Cons

Part time was limited strictly to 20hrs/wk during peak hours 11-4 made it difficult to get a second job. Corporate policies were very restrictive for residents.

Pros

My coworkers are great and most have been with Sun for many years (which speaks volume on the kind of company Sun is, in a good way). The support I get from my team, is appreciated. The pay is decent and lot rent discount is appreciated as well. Hours are typical for my position. I think Sun is a good company to work for, if you are looking for a permanent long-term position.

Cons

It's a lot of work at our property due to multiple storms causing damage to the community, so it is hard to leave on time because there is always something to do. Working traditional office hours +some, it is hard to make it to appointments and being new I definitely don't want to miss any work.
