Pros

I don’t think I have anything truly good to say except for there were some polite people that work there and free lunches on Wednesdays

Cons

I was looking forward to this - biggest waste of time of a job I’ve ever had. No training or guidance, at all, I’ve never felt so uninvested in my life but it still happened to be my fault somehow. This job will expect you to know what they want without letting you know what they want. Work in an office alone feeling like a robot at a cubicle, you do the same exact thing every single day. When you’re new you’re pretty much in the office alone sometimes maybe with 3-5 other people if that. There is no morale - people here aren’t motivated and the culture is horrible. Sounds like a fair amount of the people here are miserable but no one is willing to be honest for whatever reason. Upper management is fake, will straight up lie to your face and then do the complete opposite behind your back but that’s life, it seems like they like to keep things on the hush hush around here. The VP Word for Word said I “started working here at a bad time“ not sure why I got hired then…. seems like they just hire out of desperation but they can’t keep people anyway. The Owner even admitted to failing to provide good training for me yet still did nothing about it. If you don’t plan on kissing up.. good luck No structure whatsoever with anything, you feel under pressure to do something but you’re not even told what exactly you’re supposed to do. There is no sales process here. It’s an absolute free for all which is not what sales is. Half the leads you call are outdated or every other sales rep works with it already. If you actually have a backbone and call it like it is they will gladly get rid of you, they want to hear feedback about how things are going yet they won’t like what you’re saying if it’s not good. Had the pleasure of being let go out of my misery likely because I actually stood up for myself along with being poorly guided. There’s plenty of other industries that are actually more interesting and will pay and invest in you more. Low ball pay, if this company/industry makes so much money, why is it such an issue to negotiate salary? I didn’t think jobs take a true toll on your mental health until I worked here, this place was so dreadful I would even sometimes have nightmares on Sundays. This place is a revolving door, I have no idea how it’s still in business. I won’t be surprised if this company isn’t running come a few years. I’m more than thankful to not be apart of this company anymore. Good luck!

Pros

Strong management support that is accessible and invested in employee growth Empowered to make meaningful, impactful decisions early in your career Opportunity to take ownership and build confidence as a young professional A culture that trusts employees rather than micromanaging Fast track to real responsibility without having to "pay your dues" for years Leadership that listens and values employee input at all levels Great environment to accelerate learning and professional development Feeling of genuine contribution from day one, not just doing busy work

Cons

The environment is fast-paced, which can take some getting used to You're given real responsibility early on, so there is definitely a learning curve A lot is happening at once, so staying organized is a must Expectations are high, which can feel like a lot of pressure at times Decisions carry real weight, so it's not always a walk in the park There is a lot to learn quickly, but that comes with the territory You will regularly be pushed outside your comfort zone The people around you are driven and ambitious, which sets a high bar to keep up with

Pros

I've worked here for about a year and I like it. I was given responsibility, independence, and influence over meaningful decisions, and have learned a huge amount in a short period of time. The company is growing fast and leadership works incredibly hard to stay involved with the entire company as it scales, and are generally willing to back any idea I've had and wanted to explore. When I made mistakes, I worked with management to figure out a solution and often gained more influence over our strategy to address the problem. The small environment means your mistakes show up fast, but making a mistake means getting more instruction and being asked to try again, which I like.

Cons

Much of the team is remote or hybrid, so collaboration is mostly virtual. It's a fast paced work environment and the relatively small size meant that training was limited. I think old reviews are out of date because the company has grown so much in the last few years, so lots of the most intense startup challenges mentioned had kind of faded away before I got here. You can't coast, but I haven't found the workload to be unreasonable.
