      Management have not idea about their future and no clarity on their business.

      Cons

      They need daily labours instead of employees. I hope ranjith is the one who leads HYD office but he dont have a right to take a single decision.

      Pros

      Good Marketting skill to get the job easily and reasonable salary and good support from management in all aspects.

      Cons

      Finding the right person with the requirement provided is the area to change a bit to avoid the modification of resumes who is not fit for the requirement.
