By far the best company I have worked for. Truly a rewarding experience. Unfortunately, they have been acquired.

At one time, this was a family-owned business and an outstanding place to work, prior to acquisition, it was a highlight of my career. Prior to acquisition, they offered bonus structures and profit sharing. The people doing the work day in and day out are exceptional, and building applications that support patients fighting cancer was deeply meaningful.

After acquisition, bonus structures and profit sharing were eliminated while workload expectations remained. Leadership prioritized margins and shareholder value over team engagement. The cultural change was significant, and morale reflected it.
