      Pros

      The owners put a LOT of effort into employee-motivation. Pizza parties, apparel, events, etc. (as a Union shop this makes sense.) Ongoing investment in new equipment and technologies. Quality of work is very good.

      Cons

      Also, as a Union shop, prices are higher than the competition. Schedules are long and there is little sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

      Great small business feel, while being big enough to have good wages and better than most shops I worked for

      Cons

      Packaging work is demanding. Any little thing could ruin a job. I just got old enough to retire!
