Cons
The IT department is poorly managed. The Help Desk staff disappears for hours and no one is held accountable. The staff are difficult to work with. The staff doesn't follow basic instructions and they are for the most part computer illiterate. The IT department doesn't provide instructions for the staff or provide any policies and procedures for reporting issues. The company does not follow a streamlined process or procedure for anything. Tickets are reported a multiple of different ways and missing the necessary information to complete the tasks, making things confusing and more difficult than necessary. Productivity and efficiency are very low at this company. The salary or compensation is below what is considered normal, acceptable, or expected for the work being done.
