Meeting great people, working with some pretty down to earth people from all over. Employee Housing. Employee dining. Money is good if you WATCH IT constantly. Keep track always. Reprint your reports. Get your money.
Cons
Timing is EVERYTHING. check schedules. CALL and ask questions about operating hours depending on the season. Employee Housing is loud. This is a resort, not a college frat dorm.... Expect all types of people claiming they know how to do their job with no experience... Deliberate discrimination against J1s and females, then J1s to Americans. It's pretty sad honestly. Call security? They won't do a damn thing. best to call 911 instead, they will be there faster.
Any function? DysFUNCTIONal. Thrown together. Disorganized. Needs better direction. Needs more communication. Better plan to action. BEO... More like BEWHAT? So many moving parts deserve more direct attention.
