Pros
Sun Valley Solar Solutions is the first company I've felt genuinely excited and motivated to work for. While sales fuels the operations of the company, they strive for so much more than just dollar signs. Contributing to their vision of a cleaner and more sustainable energy future just makes your day-to-day work like feel meaningful and like you're making a difference. Top management is very friendly, fun, and approachable. You can tell they're just good people who care and to make the work environment as enjoyable as possible. I feel good about working for this ethical management team.
Cons
While this is a great company to work for, there's always room for improvement. I think this could come in the form of better PTO/sick time packages. It frankly sucks to have to use a coveted vacation day when you're sick, especially when the PTO package is pretty standard. The building could also be improved upon. While it's nice, there are no windows on the top floor, which can make it feel somewhat depressing. It's also not very centrally located, possibly being a deterrent for employees and customers alike.
