Pros
SunAmerica Mutual Funds is a great company to work for. As a subsidiary of AIG, they have exceptional benefits and provide the best resources for their employees. A small- to mid-sized mutual fund company, SunAmerica offers strategic investment opportunities. Learning "the trade" has been a challenge, but well worth it.
Cons
Two cons: management is a top-heavy {as it is with other places, too...} and there is no such thing as work/life balance. To work from home, one must finagle a shady deal. It's disappointing in this current age of technology.
