Pros

Bill and Jane (owners)strive to be the best in this field. They are always looking for new products to offer and are advocates for each patient individually as well as on the federal and state level. They are caring to their employees and are very fun people. Senior management team are wonderful; they help in a pinch and are always willing to teach a new skill. The staff works as a team and many have become friends outside of work.

Cons

Like every job it is very busy with much multi-tasking. Some days are much more hectic than others.

Pros

Work remotely. Very understanding about working a modified schedule for Dr. appointments.

Cons

Poor training. Mistakes are justified by management until the CEO had to step in and take control. Certain employees don't show effort or concern about the job they are expected to do. This has resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars lost with claim denials according to the CEO during the last company meeting. It's a rocky situation at best.
