- very busy on weekends and tend to be short-staffed. only $1 extra (i was paid $8/hr on weekends and $7/hr on weekdays) but workload is so different....... a bit upsetting but i chose to work on weekends becus i really wanted to be paid more.. they are too focused on putting their money into expanding their brand instead. - quite limited shifts given for me even though i gave SO much availability. this shows that they have too much staff (?) but does not want to utilise them. - also (most importantly!!), no cpf??? i did not even request to opt out from cpf contributions!
