      The people i worked with were all so kind and friendly. its not so hard to get comfortable quickly.

      Cons

      pay is too low. sometimes low manpower which can be tiring for you especially on peak periods😣

      - perks of flexible schedule - discounts for staff - sneaks on new shoes - work during events/store opening

      Cons

      - bad hr management - fire and hire a mass of people with little notice period - bosses are okay but rarely interact with you.
