      - Friendly teammates and modern open-space work environment. - Work closely with senior level employees and managers and get to learn from them. - Definitely can see my career growth at this company - Overall great benefit: Competitive pay, decent insurance plan, 401k 5% matching, Gym membership, employee training program, monthly team building event, snacks and beverages etc.

      Cons

      - Lack of vision - Lack of communication with HQ - Need more diversity (even though I understand a lot of projects are in Mandarin)
