I enjoyed my time, volatile industry - Customer Relations Representative Sunlux Employee Review

I have nothing but praise for Sunlux, and after a year and change working elsewhere, I wanted to come back to Sunlux. Owners and Sunlux management are legit. I read some of the more recent negative reviews, and could be far from the truth as I have known thee 3 guys for at least 6 years. They have already treated everyone fairly, great pay, and great benefits and is why I’m going back. Holiday parties, inclusive and family like atmosphere.

Not much, but depends when you join the company it can be busy right away or slower. Solar is cyclical, and late fall and winter it does down quite a bit. So you can be working 50 hours a week during summer months but 30 hours during winter. But that’s just the nature of the business so if you understand that it’s not a big deal. Not any different than a CPA having to work 70 hours a week during tax seasons
