Got a raise one week and written up the next. Out the door two months later. Top employees are padding their numbers to get paid more than they deserve and avoid getting fired. People with integrity are getting shoved out the door. Based on HR emails, between people quitting and getting fired, attrition rates at this company is at least 25% a year. That is a low estimate. A place with 200 employees has a new training class with 3 to 4 employees at least once a month, sometimes twice. If you think your job is bad now, imagine changing jobs and getting fired in 15 months.
