      -great hours -great salary/benefits -right off the bat you are given the opportunity to be the expert/go to person in several areas

      -lots of individual work, not much room to build a network

      Pros

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
