Pros

I had a positive experience working at Sunray Group. The best part was the team I worked with at my location; everyone was supportive and willing to help out. Management was approachable and open to feedback, and I was given opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities. It's a fast-paced environment, but if you're a self-starter, it's a great place to grow your skills.

Cons

The front-line teams work incredibly hard, but they need more investment in training, tools, and clear direction to truly thrive.

You couldn't even pay me to think of any

Cons

Very disconnected ownership, profits and cost saving seems to be the one and only priority. Every once is a while, you'll hear these decision is "from the top". Never seen the CEO, President etc so you don't know who the top is really. Don't even know where to start with the benefits..it is so cheap that no pharmacy accepts it and you have to pay out of pocket and wait for your reimbursement. The insurance company is a shady unheard of company. Other benefits are far below other hotel companies. Biggest thing is they don't like paying bills and things get disconnected or frozen which puts pressure on hotel staff in dealing with vendors who are upset and sending things to collections. No one at the head office seems to really care and invoices sent to the head office for payment are treated with suspicion. All the money that is coming is used to buy other distressed hotels, seems like they have been added 2 hotels per month while the ones they already have a falling apart and used as shelters and long term housing.
