Pros
The pay is decent if you can manage to move up and parts/car discounts are nice
Cons
No one is never happy, there are employees who will go out of their way to make everyone's day harder and they do not get reprimanded for it, there is far too much favoritism, unbelievably lazy coworkers with incredibly unprofessional attitudes, horrible costumer service, passive managers who are unwilling to take on problems and rather try to ignore it until it goes away, refusal to repair leaking ceilings and holes in walls were rats crawl in and die (a very often occurrence) which also takes far too long to deal with, unsafe and unstable second floor in the warehouse, your work ethic doesn't matter only your time with the company does, no help or respect from others no matter what you've done or helped them with, and there is zero communication, teamwork, or even the slightest bit of control over other employees.
