Pros
This establishment actually has potential. Pretty decent crew. Wonderful location. Nice tiki bar. Sometimes good music. Supposedly used to have a good rep too . Never really met the owners so I can't complain about em .
Cons
Corrupt Management- shows no display of leadership, empathetic, disrespectful, unorganized, not schedule flexible, incompetence, sexist, intoxicated while on duty ... etc etc the list goes on. Poor food prep procedures- on occasion, line cooks are directed to prepare dishes using vitiated ingredients, the general food quality used to be better. Not worth the price you're paying, or the food poisoning. Half assed banquets produced by overworked captains, servers, and dishwashers. No leadership from the directors, they have very little experience themselves. Disappears during events. Empathetic to issues, concerns, organization, and detail ....... Absolutely the worst establishment I've ever had the audacity to say I worked for. Will NEVER recommend anyone going there for any reason. I just hope the resort isn't as mediocre.
