It's the world of training, it can be monotonous No 401k match Not as much company culture with everyone working remotely, but weekly lunches has worked to fix that.

Wonderful people, good benefits, and the company allows you to pursue what interests you from a technical perspective. While it is a relatively small company, many of the employees have 5-10-15 or even 20 years with the company. That is a direct result of the personalities of the principals, who are terrific people.

Communication is sometimes lacking between technology groups, but the company has recently made changes to improve this including creating a new position that will have that specific tasking.
