None that I can think of.

If you value your hard earned nursing license and career, don't go here. Very high nurse to resident ratio's. Almost impossible to get through a med pass and you may not even get lunch you'll be so busy. Lots of second chance nurses who call out frequently leaving you stuck on a med cart for a 16 hr shift at the last minute. No help when you need it which is all the time. Expect you to do too many things at once which leads to med errors. Constant interruptions pulling you away from your primary duty's which puts you further behind. Rather punish for mistakes rather than educate because it's the easiest thing to do. Management is lazy. Sits in their offices with doors closed. Employee suggestions pretty much go in one ear and out the other if they even go in any ear at all. When you get in a bind, the on call supervisor is pretty much useless and will leave you hanging out to dry. I could go on and on but you get the picture. If you value your nursing license and future then this is not the place to be. They set nurses up for failure right in the door from day one. New or seasoned nurses, it doesn't matter. I had mostly great co-workers and cna's but terrible management is the main issue. Lots of turnover and constantly hiring. What does that tell you? They sure aren't hiring to staff up the place. They are hiring because nobody will stay for obvious reasons and they have to constantly replace them just to keep minimal staffing. They could make this a decent place to work if they wanted to but apparently they don't. You have been warned.
