Good place to work if you get the job done - Lifeguard Sunshine Communities Employee Review

I am an experienced leader at various non-profits. I recently joined Sunshine and am convinced that it's a great place to work and develop my skills. There's an abundance of opportunities to interface with our individuals, staff, volunteers and community partners. My work is rewarding.

I have no cons at this time.

Good holiday pay. Lots of hours if you want them. The work you do makes you feel good about yourself. Very rewarding

Always short staffed. Management sucked.
