Pros
Laid back atmosphere, generous discount, great learning enviorment, being a part of the best shop in town. Was easy to sell items because I believed in the product lines. Quality of lines were well chosen by ownership.
Cons
Management was great, but some people took advantage of laid back style. A more corporate approach may benefit them down the road. Would love to see health care offered, but dont know if that is affordable for a business this size.
