It doesn’t take long after joining the organization to recognize that senior leadership’s lack of business acumen, people skills and most of all integrity will continue to prevent the company from being truly successful. Management appears to target employees one-by-one, then they are relentless until those employees either quit or are fired. With annual employee turnover exceeding 200%, the goal of outstanding service and turning customers into “true fans” will continue to be just a dream. If your objective is to find an extraordinary company to join in the fight to save the planet…keep looking! It is interesting to note that for almost every negative review on this website there is a positive review from a current employee. Coincidence?
