Great place to work and enhance your knowledge about Italian's culture and cuisine. All the staff are friendly, helpful and nice. The two directors are working amazingly well together and they know clearly how to operate the hotel.

The Italian chef has a hot temper and sometimes he really scares others because of such temper while working under pressure.
