Direction from leadership is inconsistent, and staff often have to represent themselves in front of top management as boss will hiding behind you during this time. Feedback tends to focus on fault-finding rather than guidance. Even simple things also will need approval from AM😆, as the boss do not want to be the only person to be put on blame by the top management. Systems and processes are outdated and slow down work. While Sunway is a well-known company, this division operates very differently — the role advertised under Sunway Property is actually based in Sunway Lagoon Club (clubhouse), which is only planned until 2028. Documentation and filing are also poorly maintained.
